What I do
IA-Ready Design System
If you build with Cursor or Claude and every screen doesn’t come out as you expect, the problem isn’t the model: the system can’t be read correctly. I set up the DS as a contract with meaningful tokens, components with stable props, docs that say what to do and what not to, Figma and code telling the same story, so an AI agent, or a new teammate, doesn’t have to guess how to apply the DS.
Mentoring and direction
Adoption, ownership, design–dev judgment. The DS stops being a library nobody uses. Mentoring for design teams, best practices, process optimization, and alignment with heads of design, PMs, and engineering managers. When needed, I also step into hands-on execution to unblock a work peak.
Audits
Design System: foundations, components, patterns, governance. Icons and libraries: consistency, duplicates, maintainability. WCAG accessibility. A prioritized report, not a decorative PDF.
Figma and Design Systems training
In-company workshops, online or in person. “Figma Mastery” for teams: designers, developers, POs and PMs, marketing, or hybrid roles for whom Figma isn’t the daily core — but who often still need to use it.
When it makes sense
I can help if your Design System exists but isn’t fully used, if it’s time to bring it to IA-Ready, if you don’t have a DS and you’re starting to need one, or simply if you want to raise the bar for the team in Figma, by sharpening how you work and speeding up processes — without spinning up a hiring round.
